2.1 Account Information: First and last name, username, email address, date of birth, account type (creator or fan), and password (stored in hashed form — we never store plain-text passwords).

2.2 Identity Verification Data (Creators only): Government-issued photo ID documents, legal name, date of birth, and selfie photos. Collected for age and identity verification. Accessible only to authorized compliance staff.

2.3 Content: Photos, videos, text, messages, and other content you upload or send through the Platform.

2.4 Payment Information: Billing name, address, and transaction records. Full payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

2.5 Communications: Messages you send through the Platform, support requests, appeals, and all correspondence with us.

2.6 Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other diagnostic and analytics data.

Section 3 — How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; (b) Verify your age and identity as required by law; (c) Process payments, subscriptions, and payouts; (d) Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; (e) Comply with all applicable legal obligations; (f) Send transactional emails including account confirmation, payment receipts, security alerts, and policy updates; (g) Enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; (h) Respond to support requests, appeals, and DMCA notices; (i) Detect and investigate illegal activity or security threats; (j) Comply with lawful requests from law enforcement and government authorities.

We do not use your personal information for advertising or sell it to third-party advertisers.

Documents submitted for identity verification are stored with encryption and are accessible only to authorized compliance staff. These records are retained for as long as your account is active and for 5 years following account closure, for fraud prevention, content compliance, and legal obligations. They are not shared with any third party except as required by law or lawful government process.

We use cookies and similar technologies to: (a) Maintain your authenticated session; (b) Remember your preferences and settings; (c) Analyze Platform usage and performance; (d) Detect fraud and enhance security.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality, including the ability to stay logged in.

Section 7 — Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion: (a) Most personal data is deleted within 90 days; (b) Identity verification records are retained for 5 years after account closure for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes; (c) Financial and transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance; (d) Data relevant to ongoing legal matters, disputes, or investigations may be retained until resolution.
