If intimate images of you — or someone you represent — have been shared on Luvaura World without consent, please use this form to report it. We take these reports seriously and act fast.

Our Commitment

⚡48-hour removal. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove the identified content and all known copies within 48 hours.

🔒Your privacy is protected. Your report is handled by Trust & Safety staff only. Your identity is not shared with the content uploader.

🚫Account action. Content uploaders found to have posted NCII will have their account permanently terminated and may be reported to law enforcement.

📋Governed by law. This policy is implemented pursuant to the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Pub. L. 119-__), signed May 19, 2025, and applicable state NCII laws.

What counts as NCII?

Nonconsensual intimate images (NCII) are photos, videos, or other depictions that show a person in a state of nudity or engaged in sexual conduct, that were shared without that person's consent. This includes: images shared by an ex-partner without permission, images obtained by hacking or theft, AI-generated or manipulated images (deepfakes) that realistically depict you without your consent, and images you consented to share privately but not publicly.

This reporting mechanism is implemented pursuant to the TAKE IT DOWN Act (signed May 19, 2025), applicable state nonconsensual intimate image laws, and 15 U.S.C. § 6851. Luvaura World (Stark Tech Studios LLC) prohibits nonconsensual intimate imagery and will remove reported content within 48 hours of a valid notice.
