Terms of Service

Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Luvaura World ("Platform"), operated by Stark Tech Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stark Tech Studios LLC.

Section 2 — Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access, register for, or use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have not been convicted of any sexual offense or offense involving minors; and (c) you are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any minor. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate your account if satisfactory proof cannot be provided.

Section 3 — Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, complete, and current information; (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) promptly update your account information; (d) accept responsibility for all activities under your account; and (e) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not use another person's account, share credentials, or create accounts for automated access.

If you register as a Creator, you additionally agree to:

Section 5 — Fan and Subscriber Terms

If you register as a Fan, you agree to: (a) pay all subscription fees and tips as agreed; (b) not share, redistribute, or reproduce any content obtained through the Platform; (c) not record, screenshot, or capture content beyond personal viewing; and (d) treat creators with respect and dignity.

Section 6 — Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent ban, forfeiture of earnings, and referral to law enforcement: (a) Sexually explicit content of any kind, including nudity, sexual acts (simulated or actual), or any content that depicts or implies explicit sexual conduct — Luvaura World is a creator platform for lifestyle, fitness, modeling, and entertainment content; content must comply with the Luvaura World Content Guidelines (luvauraworld.com/guidelines); (b) Any content depicting or suggesting minors in a sexual context, regardless of claimed age; (c) Nonconsensual intimate images (NCII), revenge content, or any depiction shared without the subject's consent — report NCII at luvauraworld.com/report-ncii; (d) Content promoting, glorifying, or facilitating human trafficking or sexual exploitation; (e) Content depicting non-consensual violence or degradation; (f) Bestiality; (g) Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law; (h) Impersonation of any person, entity, or brand; (i) Harassment, stalking, threats, or intimidation of any user; (j) Spam, phishing, or distribution of malware; (k) Circumventing our payment systems or initiating fraudulent chargebacks; (l) Soliciting off-platform transactions to avoid Platform fees; (m) Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or suspensions.

All transactions are processed through our designated payment processors. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. Tips and one-time payments are non-refundable. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account suspension and legal action.

Section 9 — Content Standards and Platform Policy

Luvaura World is a lifestyle and creator monetization platform. Sexually explicit content is not permitted on this Platform under any circumstances. All content must conform to our Content Guidelines at luvauraworld.com/guidelines. Content that does not meet these standards will be removed and may result in account termination.

Nonconsensual Intimate Images (NCII): We have a zero-tolerance policy for nonconsensual intimate imagery. Pursuant to the TAKE IT DOWN Act (signed May 19, 2025) and applicable state laws, we will remove reported NCII within 48 hours of a valid notice. To submit a report, visit luvauraworld.com/report-ncii. Uploaders found to have posted NCII will be permanently banned and may be referred to law enforcement.

Content Moderation: We use automated detection tools and human review to enforce these standards. Creators whose content is flagged or removed have the right to appeal by contacting trust@luvauraworld.com within 14 days of the action.

Section 10 — Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at luvauraworld.com/privacy, incorporated herein by reference.

Section 13 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stark Tech Studios LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

Section 14 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Platform ceases immediately; (b) your content may be removed; (c) any pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation.

Section 15 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stark Tech Studios LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in the applicable courts.

Section 16 — Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at legal@luvauraworld.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis — no class actions. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Section 17 — Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent Platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
