Content Guidelines

Luvaura World is a lifestyle and creator monetization platform. These guidelines define exactly what content is permitted on the platform, what crosses the line, and how we enforce our standards. All creators must read and agree to these guidelines before publishing content.
What Luvaura World Is
Luvaura World is a Spicy SFW (Safe for Work) platform. Creators can share fitness, modeling, lifestyle, and personality content and get paid directly by fans. Content on Luvaura World must comply with our published Content Guidelines.
What this means in practice: Swimwear and lingerie are fine. Artistic boudoir photography is fine. Fitness content showing the body is fine. Sexually explicit content — nudity, sexual acts, or anything that violates our Content Guidelines — is not permitted on this platform under any circumstances.
Allowed Content Categories
The following types of content are welcome on Luvaura World. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — when in doubt, ask: would this be permitted on a mainstream SFW platform?
Swimwear & Lingerie
Swimsuit, bikini, underwear, and lingerie modeling. Body-positive content is encouraged. No nudity or sexual posing.
Fitness & Bodybuilding
Workout content, physique showcases, progress photos. Athletic wear is permitted. Content must remain non-sexual.
Cosplay & Character
Costume, character, and themed content including fantasy, gaming, and anime. Costumes may be revealing but must meet our nudity standard.
Dance & Performance
Dance videos, choreography, aerial, and live performance content. Sensual dance styles (pole, burlesque-inspired) are permitted — explicit sexual performance is not.
Boudoir & Modeling
Artistic, fashion, and boudoir photography and video. Implied nudity (no visible genitalia or nipples) may be allowed with creator verification.
ASMR & Audio
Audio and video ASMR content, spoken word, and audio experiences. Non-explicit ASMR (no explicit sexual language or moaning) is permitted.
Foot & Specialty Content
Foot modeling, hand modeling, and other non-explicit specialty content. Content must remain SFW and non-explicit.
Lifestyle & Personality
Daily life vlogs, behind-the-scenes content, Q&As, travel, food, and personal brand content.
Education & Coaching
Online coaching, tutorials, educational series, fitness programs, and skill-sharing content.
Music & Creative Arts
Original music, covers, visual art, illustration, and other creative performance content.
The Line — Permitted vs. Not Permitted

- •Suggestive poses and expressions in swimwear or underwear
- •Topless male fitness content
- •Dance content including pole dance and burlesque-inspired choreography
- •Implied nudity where private areas are not visible
- •Non-explicit ASMR including whispering and breathwork
- •Boudoir photography with appropriate coverage
- •Foot content that is non-sexual in nature
- •Sheer or see-through clothing where no nipples or genitalia are visible
🚫 Not Permitted
- •Visible genitalia or female nipples (outside of breastfeeding context)
- •Sexual acts, simulated sex, or graphic sexual posing
- •Explicit ASMR with sexual moaning or explicit sexual language
- •Penetration, oral sex, masturbation, or depictions thereof
- •Sexualized content involving any person under 18
- •Content that implies or depicts non-consensual sexual scenarios
- •Links or solicitation to off-platform sexual content
- •Profiling or promotional content for escort or sex work services
- •Deepfake or AI-generated intimate images of real persons
Strictly Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited under all circumstances and will result in immediate permanent account termination, forfeiture of earnings, and potential referral to law enforcement.
1. Sexually Explicit Content
Any content depicting nudity, sexual acts (simulated or actual), penetration, or any sexually explicit material. Luvaura World is not an adult platform.
2. Content Involving Minors
Any content that depicts, suggests, or sexualizes minors in any way — regardless of claimed age. All persons appearing in content must be verified adults.
3. Nonconsensual Intimate Images (NCII)
Images or video shared without the subject's consent, including revenge content, content obtained by hacking or theft, and deepfakes. Report NCII at luvauraworld.com/report-ncii.
4. Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation
Content promoting, glorifying, or facilitating human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any form of coercion. Per FOSTA-SESTA, solicitation of prostitution is illegal on this platform.
5. Obscene Content
Content meeting the legal definition of obscenity under the Miller Test. If you are uncertain whether your content is obscene, it likely is.
6. Harassment & Targeted Abuse
Stalking, doxxing, threats, impersonation, or targeted harassment of any person on or off the platform.
7. Illegal Content
Any content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
8. Platform Abuse
Spam, phishing, distributing malware, circumventing payment systems, fraudulent chargebacks, or creating multiple accounts to evade bans.
Enforcement
Automated Detection
We use automated tools to scan uploaded content for policy violations before and after publication.
Human Review
Our Trust & Safety team reviews flagged content. Borderline cases are always reviewed by a human before action is taken.
User Reports
Any user can report content that may violate these guidelines. Reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Consequences
Violations may result in content removal, account warning, earnings forfeiture, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or referral to law enforcement.
Appeals
If your content is removed or your account is actioned and you believe this was a mistake, you have the right to appeal by contacting trust@luvauraworld.com within 14 days of the action. Include your account username, the content or action in question, and the reason you believe the decision was incorrect. We aim to respond to all appeals within 5 business days.

These guidelines are effective as of May 2026 and are incorporated by reference into Luvaura World's Terms of Service. Stark Tech Studios LLC reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time. Material changes will be communicated to creators by email with at least 14 days' notice.
