Platform Content Standard
Luvaura World is a Spicy SFW (Safe for Work) lifestyle and creator monetization platform. Luvaura World does not permit, host, or distribute sexually explicit content of any kind. All content on the platform must comply with standards defined in our published Content Guidelines.
Sexually explicit content — including nudity, sexual acts (simulated or actual), or any depiction of actual sexual conduct as defined under applicable law — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and potential referral to law enforcement.
Age Verification
All users must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use Luvaura World. By creating an account, users represent and warrant that they meet this age requirement.
All creators are required to complete identity verification — including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and selfie — before publishing content or receiving payments. This verification confirms both identity and that all creators are adults. Stark Tech Studios LLC reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be provided.
Identity verification records are stored with encryption and are accessible only to authorized compliance staff. These records are not shared with third parties except as required by law or lawful government process.
Protection of Minors
Luvaura World has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that depicts, suggests, or sexualizes minors. Any content involving minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited and will be immediately removed, the account will be permanently terminated, and the matter will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
All persons appearing in creator content must be verified adults. Creators are required to retain written consent documentation for any persons other than themselves who appear in their content, and to provide that documentation to Stark Tech Studios LLC upon request.
Content Enforcement
Luvaura World uses a combination of automated content detection tools and human review to enforce its content standards. Content that violates our guidelines will be removed. Creators may appeal removal decisions by contacting trust@luvauraworld.com within 14 days of the action.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Records Keeping
In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, Stark Tech Studios LLC maintains records verifying the age and identity of all persons who appear in content hosted on Luvaura World. All content creators are required to complete identity verification before publishing content on the platform.
Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following location and are available for inspection during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST):
